Systems-minded, human-centered.
I've spent the last decade helping teams navigate complexity. From warehouse operations and media workflows to design systems used across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, my work has focused on making powerful software feel intuitive, efficient, and approachable.
I'm drawn to products with complex workflows, technical constraints, and information-dense interfaces. Whether I'm defining a component pattern, simplifying a multi-step process, or collaborating across design, engineering, and product, I enjoy bringing clarity and structure to challenging problems.
Accessibility is a baseline, not a feature. I care deeply about thoughtful interaction design, strong collaboration, and building products that balance user needs with business outcomes.
AI is reshaping how products are designed and built, and I've made it a core part of my process. From prompt-to-code workflows (including coding this website) to evaluating and benchmarking AI agents using established testing methods, I'm interested in practical applications that augment human capabilities rather than replace them. As AI becomes increasingly embedded in the products we use every day, I'm especially focused on creating experiences that are transparent, trustworthy, and genuinely useful.
